At this present days the world is filled with a lot of people and technology, in which AI is taking the game to next level, lets us know the basic information about artificial intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence:

Artificial Intelligence is a branch of science which deals with machines to find solutions for complex problems in a more human-like fashion. This generally involves borrowing human intelligence and applying them as an algorithm in a computer friendly way.

It is generally associated with computer science, but it has many important links with other fields such as mathematics, psychology, philosophy, and many others.

AI is roughly categorized into two types:

1.      Conventional AI

2.      Conceptual AI

Ø  Conventional AI: This method mostly involves machine learning which is characterized by formalism and statistical analysis. This is also known as Logical AI, Symbolic AI.

Methods Used for conventional AI:  Expert systems

Ø  Conceptual AI: This method involves iterative development or learning. Learning involves empirical data and non-symbolic AI and soft computing.

Methods Used for conceptual AI:  Network Systems.
